I am a qualified integrative counsellor providing culturally sensitive, compassionate and evidence-based individual long-term and short-term therapy both in-person and online.
Following a 20 year global corporate career across a range of industries I retrained as an integrative counsellor. My therapeutic approach is Integrative, which means that I call upon different theories and approaches to meet the individual needs of my clients.
I have a diploma in counselling from the Minster Centre which is one of the UK’s oldest and leading Integrative counselling and psychotherapy training institutions.
I am a registered member of the BACP abiding by their ethical principles and framework. I meet regularly with a supervisor to reflect on and strengthen my practice. I am committed to ongoing learning, ensuring I bring fresh perspectives and understanding to our work together.
I have experience of helping clients work through a diverse range of life’s challenges at two low cost charities over four years. I aim to create a practice that feels welcoming and safe to all communities, backgrounds, identities and beliefs.
